Recycling systems available from separating metal from plastics to heavy duty scrap metal cleaning plants
Sorting out metals from shredded material like plastics using a Vibratory Conveyor TCV as Metering Conveyor MC onto a Magnetic Drum Separator MD or a very robust built feeding conveyor TCV transferring scrap metal to a Vibratory Screen VSL with special 3D-screening cassettes – interVIB will develop the suitable solution by experience. Besides complete Scrap Metal Cleaning Plants SMCP, you can also source single vibratory machines, like very robust and explosion proof Collecting Conveyors TCV underneath shears or shredders. Also smaller units combining Feeder TCV with magnetic separator MD and integrated screening machine VSL, using a minimum and compact amount of space are available.

Vibratory Trough Conveyors TCV and Resonance Conveyors RC from interVIB are also used for transportation. Abrasive goods are often transferred here, which requires easily replaceable, bolted manganese hard steel wear linings. On the other hand, all kinds of bulk materials are often conveyed in various quantities and with different bulk weights via the same conveyor channels. This is where a Vario Gearbox Unit VGU comes into its own in order to provide the best possible result for the respective conditions. At the end of each working day, what counts is the optimum production balance achieved. Also Bunker Discharge Conveyors BDC are the ones to choose, because of no moving parts inside, the conveying flow is reducing wear enormously.
