Special design reduces dynamic loads
They can transport conveying goods over a distance of 40m with one single machine.
Different designs absorb the vibrations introduced to varying degrees. Standard resonance troughs RC, also known as guide-guided troughs, are anchored directly to the floor. Resonance channels with a counter frame RCCF are fitted with a heavy counter frame, which in turn is mounted on spiral springs and thus eliminates the dynamic loads.

interVIB is building the best solution for your needs. The leaf springs are easy to access and for rough applications the trough is designed as easy-to-change trough being bolted on. It conveys very gentle and silent with the possibility of a sliding transport and finds its application as picking conveyor or moulding sand reclamation conveyor in the foundries or any other industry which requires gentle handling.
Furthermore the conveyor can be equipped with extra discharges inbetween feeding different bins or additional screening sections separating fines.
